hi i have just started the acai juice and it really has helped me already, im not hungry all the time thus resulting in not picking at food constantly through the day, at meal times i start eating usually a very large meal and i have to stop when im full, this is a miricle for me in itself, i have lost 7lbs in 3 days hope it keeps going.

Hi Lauri, Unfortunately you are right, everyone is looking for a quick fix, and I would be first in line to buy if there was such a thing. Sadly, so far it hasn’t materialised. Things out there like Acai berry can be used to help or enhance your weight lose endeavours but not to do it for you. Thanks for visiting
