I have similar thoughts with Maureen's comments. The last thing I would do to loss weight is to take pills. Consulting your doctor is a MUST before adding anymore pills to your diabetic pills;high blood pressure pills, lowering your cholasterol pills, heart medication pills, etc, etc. Chemical reaction of all the vitamin pills, medication pills and diet drinks consumed daily, I'm sure, has either good or bad effect to the human body.
